R    RULES:

1.  1.  Employee(s) can be nominated by anyone with whom he/she comes into professional  

          contact.  Forms for nomination are available in the box where all NBSIA forms are 

          stored, in the NBSIA Newsletter and on the NBSIA Website.

2.   2.  Categories for Nominations:

·        Exceptional Client Service

·        Outstanding _______________ (Attitude, Energy, Enthusiasm)

·        Outstanding Display of Leadership

·        Outstanding Creativity/Innovation

·        Outstanding Achievement

·        Outstanding Display of Teamwork

3.   3.  All nominations will be posted on the NBSIA WOW bulletin board for 7 days.  The WOW

            Board is located in the copy room.

4.   4.  All nominations will then be kept on file and used by NBSIA’s Leadership Team to     

           select the “Employee of the Year” which will be announced at the annual NBSIA Staff

           Appreciation Day in July.
