The Board of Directors of North Bay Schools Insurance Authority meets four times per year: three regular meetings and one strategic planning session.

Regular meetings are typically held on Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m. at NBSIA's office with a videoconference option. Lunch will be provided at 11:30 a.m. for Board Members attending in-person. Dates are as follows:

The Executive Committee consists of the Board President, Vice President, Auditor and Member-at-Large. The Executive Committee is elected in June of each year for the following fiscal year. They hold approximately six scheduled meetings per year with at least one per quarter.
