NBSIA is governed by a Board of Directors made up of representatives from each of our Members. Our Board is actively engaged in ensuring the health and effective operation of the pool, as well as setting our vision and direction.
The Board meets four times a year, including an annual strategic planning meeting where we envision our future and develop plans to achieve organizational goals.
The Board of Directors delegates authority to a four-member Executive Committee, made up of the Board President, Vice President, Auditor, and Member-at-Large. The Committee meets regularly with NBSIA’s Executive Director and staff to oversee certain functions of the organization and make recommendations for action to the full Board.
