Post Offer Employment Testing

To help ensure employee safety, potential job candidates of specific classifications must demonstrate the ability to complete job tasks safely by passing a strength and agility test. Each test is customized to match the physical demands of each job classification for each individual Member. Test costs are covered by NBSIA. There are no additional costs to Members.
