Slip Resistant Shoe Program

In an effort to protect employees and prevent slip and trip injuries, NBSIA provides Custodial and Student Nutrition Services employees with slip resistant shoes. All costs are covered by NBSIA. Members may purchase additional shoes at cost to them and still receive the group discount.

Members have 2 options:

1. Offer shoes up to $110, Custodial and Child Nutrition Employees will receive ONE pair per fiscal year.

2. Offer shoes up to $55, Custodial and Child Nutrition Employees will receive TWO pair per fiscal year.

Submit the Slip Resistant Shoe Reimbursement Form by the 10th of each month for shoes purchased the prior month.
All FY25/26 shoe purchases must be submitted by July 10th, 2026.
